1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and SADAPAY.
For orders above PKR 8,000, we require advance payment.

2. How long does delivery take?

For local orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
For custom or pre-order items, please allow a bit more time — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

For international orders, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.

3. Are your products original or inspired?

Our products are high-quality, inspired pieces. If an item is original or branded, it will be clearly mentioned in the description.

4. Can I choose a specific color for collectibles (e.g. Labubu dolls)?

Due to the nature of collectible packaging, colors are shipped at random and cannot be selected in advance.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

6. How can I place an order?

You can shop directly through our website or place your order via DM or WhatsApp.

7. Are bulk orders available?

Yes, we offer bulk/bundled rates for select products. Please contact us directly for wholesale inquiries.

8. Do you offer gift packaging?

We use brand-style packaging to elevate your experience. For example, if you order a Dior-inspired bag, it will come in a Dior-style box or dust bag (subject to availability). Packaging varies by product and availability.
