1. Shipping Policy

We proudly offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan and now ship internationally as well.

  • Local Orders (Within Pakistan):
      • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
      • Pre-orders or customized items may take longer; estimated timelines will be shared at checkout or via DM.

  • International Orders:
      • Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance process.

  • Orders above PKR 8,000 require advance payment via bank transfer or SADAPAY.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you.

  • While we are not responsible for courier delays, we’re always here to help with tracking or follow-ups


2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all packaging.
  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or random color items (e.g., Labubu dolls and accessories).
  • We do not accept returns on sale, clearance, or custom items.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept:
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under PKR 8,000
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. SADAPAY
  • For orders above PKR 8,000, advance payment is required.

4. Packaging Policy

  • We provide brand-style packaging to enhance your unboxing experience.
  • For example, if you purchase a Dior-inspired item, it may come in a Dior-style box or dust bag (subject to availability).
  • Packaging style may vary depending on stock.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal data (name, phone number, address) is used only for processing and delivering your order.
  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
  • All payment information is handled securely and is never stored.
